im 23 old female,i had unprotected sex wid my boyfriend at 6th & 7th day of my CYCLE.should i go for emergency contraception or not,he says he didnt ejaculated

the fertile period is between 9th to 15th day of your cycle,moreover your boy friend did not ejaculated so there's no chance of pregnancy.but to b on safer side u can have an i-pill that too within 72 hours of unprotected sex.

ur weight is ok if u r 5ft. or around,,but u hav agood height,den u need 2 workout on ur body by eating eggs,paneer,milk,green veges,etc.,,exercise n eat as it will create hunger n make u eat stuffings,,,

i suppose dat he is underweight,,milk aggravates constipation,,make him eat papaya n fibrous food,,make him drink juices n lots of water will help soften his digestive track...
