lidido or sexual desire may decrease following OCPs use. It is mostlly due to dryness of vagina. It may remain static or increase.Other side effects includes increase in weight..manageable,.... nausea , vomiting, headaches, leg cramps., tenderness in breasts,these r transient and subside following continouis use for 2-3 cycles.
