sincerely,u should consider the decisions of the younger ones as sometimes younger ones can solve such problems which sometimes elders are not able to do.but still note the advantages & disadvantages of what a younger one is saying.even he may be fully correct as this is the generation in which younger ones experience the crisis which are taking place in a family as a younger may have earlier consulted with his friends & thought upon it briefly to find a solution to that crisis.THANK YOU.
