section 482 says about inherent powers of High Courts. content of s. 482- Saving of inherent powers of High Court. Nothing in this Code shall be deemed to limit or affect the inherent powers of the High Court to make such orders as may be necessary to give effect to any order under this Code, or to prevent abuse of the process of any Court or otherwise to secure the ends of justice.

yes they can marry, as per new hindu law a person can marry anyone who is out of 3 generation from the mother side or 5 generation from the father side. here since your friend does not comes within 3 generation from the side of his mother you friend can marry with that girl there is no problem.

proceedings for cheque bounce can be initiated at Tohana because in tohana bank you got information about the dishonor of the cheque hence cause of action arose there.

yes you can represent the cheque in the bank. on being dishonor you can again send the notice and initiate court proceedings

since an agreement enforceable by law is a contract all the agreement which can be enforced through court of law is contract. there are many agreements which cannot be enforced through court of law or which is illegal etc hence these can never convert in contract. hence it is said "all contracts are agreement but all agreements are not contract."

absolutely not. if both are major and did sex without compulsion then the action of the police was wrong.
on many occasions High courts of different States said in their decision that if a person is major than he/ she is free to have sexual relation with another major person with his/her consent.
police can interfere only when it is prostitution or any other offence like obscene pose.
many times police misuse their power for molestation of such loving couple or lovers.
it is wrong and it should be checked.

you can deposit the amount in court in which the case is pending. the court may order for interest for the amount and cost of the suite, but in any case it will not excess unreasonably.
