What is the principle of treatment in Ayurveda ?

Ayurveda works on the principle that health exists when the three doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha are in balance and any ill health is due to an imbalance of the same.

4. Pediatrics - Kaumarabhritya Tantra
5. Toxicology - Agada Tantra
6. Purification of the genetic organs - Bajikarana (or Vajikarana) Tantra
7. Health and Longevity - Rasayana Tantra
8. Spiritual Healing/Psychiatry - Bhuta Vidya

A herbal tea made using ginger , clove and cinnamon is considered to be effective against colds. Cough can be treated by drinking a glass of warm water with lemon juice and honey mixed in it 3 times a day.

Call for immediate medical assistance or try to reach a medical center as soon as possible. Till then tie a tourniquet slightly above the bite mark to slow the flow of the poison. Do not tie is too tight though , circulation should not be cut off.
