You don't need any medicine. Just exercise and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food and carbonated drinks like cola's.

Bowel Movement is the body's way of expelling waste from the body. A bowel disorder is when you have no control on the bowel movements.

No at this point of time there is no permanent treatment for thyroid problems. Although surgery is a option to reduce the amount of secretion of hormones it is risky.

You need to avoid the cause of your allergic reactions and take anti-allergic medicines to help live with the condition. While you could try immunotherapy to get rid of the problem often you have to live with it for your lifetime.
