It all depends on your interests, the kind of holiday you enjoy, the time that you have on hand and your budget.
- Luxury holidays can be enjoyed all over the country and abroad by investing a lot of money in staying at 5 stars or 4 star Resorts and hotels. Enjoy the luxurious facilities like, spas, massages, etc.
- If you are the trekker type then try out the Himalayas, Uttarkashi, Auli, Kedarnath, Leh-Ladakh, Nepal, Bhutan and other places across the country and world.
- Look up the net for various festivals happening across the world and you will be surprised to excavate new places of interest.
- Looking for fun, food, drinks, beaches then GOA in India is the best, if not wanting to go abroad. Everything is perfect about Goa. You have a variety of choices for staying hotels, resorts, PG's, rent a house etc. Hotels and resorts will be available at the highest and lowest prices. If going for a month rent a house and once in goa rent a Honda Activa or bike and discover Goa. It is not just a beautiful place but a very well mannered city unlike a lot of North Indian cities especially Delhi. Food and drink is amazingly cheap and the there is a lot to explore from beaches to ciy, from old forts to their villages and the locals and their culture.
- Travel across Rajasthan.
But, it all as I said before depends on your tastes, budget and the time you have at hand.
