try following :
1. have ur dinner earlier
2. have a light dinner
3. dnt smoke or drink after dinner
4. wear loose wearings at night
5. put the lights off
6. try to sleep...if u cannot, then after 10 minutes u leave ur bedroom, go to another room or balcony, just walk around for 10 minutes
7. again come to ur bedroom and try to sleep
8. if still u cannot sleep, repeat the above step again and again.
9. make ur bed beautifully decorated
10. use a room freshener with a sweet fragrance.
11. last but not the least, if u love someone and yet to propose her, then the next morning just go to her straightway and propose her.....if she accepts, u wl hv a good sleep and if she refuses , then also u wl hv a sound sleep after few days of depression........so cheers !........lol !!!!!!
