Dr Subarna's Answer
see.......we refer the terminology ''virginity'' to denote whether one has experienced sexual intercourse or not. A membrane in front of female vagina is there, called hymen. usually hymen ruptures when anything that stretches the hymen is forcibly inserted inside vagina. it may b bcoz of the first or first few events of intercourse( in most of the cases it is so) or bcoz of other mechanical causes like riding, playing or using sanitary tampons etc. if it is due to intercourse, we can say she is not virgin. but if it is due to any other causes, then we can tell that she is ''deflorated'', but we cannot say that she is not a virgin. and in fact, in many cases the hymen is so much thick that it is not torn out after repeated events of intercourse. at the same time, one can tear out her hymen for any other reason but intercourse. so, it's possible to b deflorated or to tear out one's hymen in an accident or during playing, but it's not possible to loose virginity this way unless the accident is a rape or the ''play'' is a dirty one !!!
