I missed my MC. I think i am pregnant. My periods date was 28th April but today is 2nd May till now i didn't get my periods. Please suggest some Medicine.

well....first u will have to confirm that whether u really got pregnant or not. go straight to a nearby chemist's shop and buy without hesitationa pregnancy detection kit either in a strip or card form which may cost u maximum INR 50.00 only. the next morning when u wl go to toilet, let half of ur first morning urine flow out and then hold a little of it in a clean pot. now open ur strip/card and pour few drops of preserved urine in the descrbed place. after 10 minutes, see the result. if u see two deep red lines, it is +ve, if only one line is there , it's -ve.( the pack of the strip/card says u how to read and to interpret the result) if +ve, u shall not b late to consult ur doc, bcoz with medicine , safe abortion is possible only within 49 days of pregnancy. ur doc will prescribe u tab mifepristone and tab misoprostol. but being a doc, i would not tell u the exact dosage and mode of consumption of these drugs, as these may lead to heavy bleeding which in turn need hospitalization to manage properly. so, u should consult with an obstetrician or a gynecologist.

u may start with little things. initially try to start with trivial domestic things to grow up ur hobby. like, before going to bed, u note down ur tasks to be done next morning. and just follow the note rigidly next morning. after completing, review ur note and see what had been done acc. to ur pre-decided plan and what had not been. then, start it for the bigger decissions in ur life step by step. always make a note with details flow-chart and time-table and try to stick to it. besides, to develop more determination and confidence u may learn meditation and pranayam course. u may also go through a good grooming session from a reputed institute nearby.

well....u should try to be close to her first to express ur interest to her. u wl get an idea whether she wl respond to u or not. if u r sure that she wl not respond to u or she is engaged elsewhere, better not to disclose ur interest. if otherwise, u try to meet her alone.( ur or her friends may spoil it.) then look at her straightway and say it straightforward with a decency.

self-medication is a great problem in India. Non-medical persons here may misguide u and prescribe u some medicines which may b detrimental to the patient ultimately. being a doc, i can suggest u that u tell a doc about this problem and then take this patient for any other cause ( dnt tell the patient that u r taking him for this reason and dnt tell the doc the actual reason in his presence). the doc shall examine him and wl prescribe proper medicines. without examining the patient, nobody should prescribe some medicines blindly. but i can suggest u if this much too is not possible, then u may give him Tab Metronidazole(400 mg ) - 1 tablet thrice daily for 7 days. this is a safe antibiotic. but when one takes this tablet, he develops a distaste for alcohol as simultaneous consumption of Metronidazole and alcohol gives rise to a reaction. this may help u.

the merit-side is heavier. firstly, the new neighbors know each other in a common platform. secondly, neighbors unite themselves to solve common problems. repair/renovation, drainage, water and power supply, gardening in common space, maintaining the common amenities, parking etc. need a united effort and contribution. ur maintenance expenditure is also reduced by it. besides, festivals, social gatherings and many like that can b arranged by the society. and above all, in critical situations of one individual, the society usually supports. demerits are few and that too is from parochial personal view.
