Explain dream and wish. ?

I am not going to the Dictionary meaning. But I say,one must have a Dream in his life to become such and such thing in life. Please go through the old News Papers,what our Last Rashtrpathi Sri Abul Kalamji said to the school children whom he visited in their Institution.Did we ever dreamt about our CHANDRAYAN in our Dream ?Yes,there were few scientists who dreamt about it and it is due to that it is coming true. You can dream any thing in your life.That will make you to put all effort for it. Dream may or may not come true.But does it make any difference to you ? Do you loose any thing by dreaming ?.But think about what you gain if it come true.
Wish is entirely different of dream. Wish is a very simple one,if you compare with the dream. I wish to become President Of India !!! It can be a Dream also. But the effort to fulfil a dream can never be compared to that of wish.With out much difficulty the wishes can be fulfilled.But to fulfil a dream,you require full dedication to that direction and ofcourse the Luck also should favour.

Medical Treatment given to a person if he/she intakes poison? ?

It depends on the type of poison taken and the time taken and the treatment started. If the poison is correctly known to the Doctor,the main things immediately done is total washing off the stomach and then giving Anti-dot to the poison by IV Injection and giving saline drips,monitoring the BP and giving medicine to boost it up,giving oxygen if need arise monitoring the heart function ,all such things may able to save the patient.

What type of family is good? ?

In my humble opinion,it is the only Joint Family which is The Best. But it is a forgone case !!!.Now the parents want only one or at the most two children,that is all.They are taking the cover of Family Planning.With the result,when the parents become old,there is non to look after them.Not only that,even the children are not able to get any help from their direct brother or sister since there is non or at the most only one.All these difficulties are the future generation going to face.But strangly,it is applicable only to Hindu Families.
The Muslim and Christain families are not limiting their children ( specially the Muslim families ) and many of these families still enjoy the old Joint Family System,specially I see in Kerala.They are increasing their population,where as I smell the danger,one day the Hindus will become a minority community in our country.
This is the condition of present family system in India now.
So,in my opinion,in any case this way we are not going to control our population.So,better the mother and father must have atleast 2 or 3 children atleast.

What does a bone scan show?

Bone scan result shows whether the part of the bone scanned has any defects and if it has, it gives the detailed extent of damage of the bone scanned.

What type of scan you mean.Is it Ultra Sound scan or CT Scan ? US Scan do no harm to body and it can be done as and when Doctor finds it necessary.But CT Scan is a powerful X'Ray Scan and it is not adviceable very frequently.

Here again you have not mentioned the type f scan.
All types of scans are done on the basis of Specialist Doctor's expert opinion,whether an evasive internal check up is most necessary for the correct diagnosis of the problem / disease,to start the correct treatment.Blindly he will not be able to come to a conclusion and only then he advices for the scanning of the particular site in the body. ( it can be in any part of the body the Doctor feels necessary.)

Does a low bone density always mean osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis commonly affects middle aged and elderly women due to low density of bones becoming weak and brittle,so that sufferers are more vulnerable to fractures,even after minor accidents.The areas most at risk are the hips,wrists and spine.Other symptoms may include due to this low density of bones are pain in the hips and back,loss of height and some times a stooped posture-as the bones of the spinal column become weak and compressed.
