Hello Sir,The most important information on your child is not given in the question.His age. Age is very important to test the IQ of the child.May I think he is not above 6 years old ?
There are six factors normally checked to find the IQ.
A) Gross Motor Nerve Development :-Test (i)Draw a straight line of about 10 ft and ask the child to walk Straight on the line step by step without loosing balance.
(ii) Ask the child to stand on one leg for 10 seconds.Check this changing legs
(iii)Make the child to jump with both legs over 20 cms thread ( High jump )
(iv)Throw a ball from one mtr distance and ask the child to catch.
B) Fine Motor Nerve Development :-Test (i) Draw a small circle and ask him to colour insidewith Crayon (ii)Draw some shape in a paper and ask to tear out the shape
(iii) Draw a Diamond shape and ask him to copy the same in another paper.
(iv) Same way ask to copy the shapes of a triangle,rectangle,square and a circle.
(v) Ask to write A,B,C,D,E & F
(Vi) Give 10 beads and a string and ask him to put the beads in the string in one minute.
C) Cognative Development :-(i) Ask the child to pickup a certain number of items kept on table.
(ii)Make a pyramid with 10 Blocks.
(iii) Arrange the given things according to length and breadth
(iv) Mix and give 1 to 10 numbered blocks and ask to arrange in sequence
(v) Keep certain things in different places and ask the positions where all these are kept.
(vi) Give a puzzle to find out the way from inside to out side and vice versa.
(vii) Ask the names of the week
(viii) Ask to read 10 words from given,learnt book.
D) Personal & Social Development :-(i) Ask him to put the shirt buttons and take out the buttons
(ii) Ask him to wash his hands and face and use towel to clean
E) Expressive Language Development :- (i)Ask question the use of 5 body parts
(ii)Ask and get answer,with what the cloth is made of.
F)Receiptive Language Development :-(i) Tell him to some un-related actions to do (eg. Take this pen and keep on the table and bring back a book from the table and keep it in the cupboard.,etc)
(ii) Draw a circle and ask to point the centre of the circle
(iii)Show a picture with some defects and ask to show the defects.
(iv)Cut and remove a picture in zig zag way in to 5 pices and ask to join it exactly.
The child who does all these in the correct order without mistake his IQ is 100 %.
