If you really loves him then as a person you must learn to sacrifies also because it is said sacrifies in relation is always OVER the Love. I advice you not to interfere in his life let him live his life happily. You will get the better boy who will love you more than this boy. Be happy and forget what has happen in your life and look for present and think of your future

I think either she must be looking at you as her friend or she may be playing hide & seek game with you or may be she want to find out how much you love her . It may also be the case you are just dreaming about her as she had the habbit of giving smile to any good looking boy like you. You have to be careful such girl

If you really love her from the deep of your heart then I suggest you to confess your love to her before someone else comes in your way. Love matter is always sensitive and unless you tell the girl that you love her or have fallen in love with her, you will not come to know whether she also loves you or not. So keeping all the thing aside open your heart and tell her that you love her without thinking of any consequences (might be she also must be in love with you and waiting for you to take first step)

Try to meet her and talk with her either in college canteen or libraray which I think will be the safe place for two of you as her father cannot enter inside the college library. In the canteen or library you two can decide the alternative place of meeting
