Why Geetha and not other scriptures are used as an oath during a trial ?

In Geeta Lord himself has stated that the what HE is despensing to Arjun is the most 'aadi gyan', that the Sun received from Brahma and has been repeatedly delivered at varoius stages in varoius Yugas.

Being 'aadi gyan' it is considered the holiest of the hindu books, hence the oath on it.

Those who are proposing the use of other books should look the world over, no where is there a system of using multiple books for oath in the courts.

Even in US of A, the book is Bible, despite US being a secular country.

Once you have donated the articles to the Brahmin, it is entirely upon him to do what ever he wants to do with it. He will build his karmic balance by his acts and not the donor.

According to Islamic prophesy, the day of the judgement was to come after 1400 years, which passed more than 10 years ago.
I leave you to judge Islam yourself in he light of this information.

A Hindu is the most peaceful person in the world. He respects all other religions, doctreins and dogmas. He never tries to convert others to his creed or thought. He refrains from thinking that only his relegion is right and all other religions have no right to exist on earth. So in global comparision to others, A Hindu is most peaceful.

Christianity is a political religion, in which increasing the strength of the 'followers'is a rewarding act, irrespective of theuse of fair or unfair devices.
The weaker sections of the society are more vunerable to the lurements, misguidings or even propoganda ( Mother Theresa was one such creation of propoganda).

Conversion is a very important tool in the political religions like Islam and Christianity, the flow could be either way, and the cost could be anything, including the lives of the people. The History of the world has been bloodied shamefully by the crusades of the cross and the crescent. And sadly the crusade continues..even in India.

There is a wide difference between religion and spritulity when it comes to Abhramic religions. However, in Hinduism (in its larger canvas which includes Budhista, jains and Sikhs)the religion and spritulity are inseperable.
