Apply cucumber paste under your eyes. Drink a lot of water. Sleep well at regular times. Meditate, and while you are doing that, focus on the dark circles and suggest them to diminish. If you do all this earnestly, you'll see remarkable results.

What are the effects of taking expired dabur pudin hara pearls?

Asked by Anupama ajme in Alternative Medicine at   1:25 AM on March 09, 2009

Shyam M's Answer

Dear Anupma,
Please take the pudin hara pearls without any worry, even if they have expired for not very long. Writing the date of expiry is mandated by Food and Drug Authority on all packaged medicines, Ayurvedic or non- ayurvedic, even though many Ayurvedic medications gain potency when stored in required conditions for long periods of time. Chavyanprash is one such suppliment, older it is, better it gets, even in domestic conditions, but still it has an expiry date on it.
This arrangement suits the drug companies as the older medicined are forcibly dispensed and newer bought, which of course benefits them in monitory terms at least!
