These are local rituals which differ from each other. There are places where a 'Matthi' with a whole is used to look at the moon...and so forth.

Go ahead, there is nothing that would stop you from doing so. Rishi Valmiki did so. You could take initiative lessons from Arya Samaj and than further your knowledge on your self. I am suggesting just initiation through Arya Samaj because somewhere down the path Arya Samaj leads you to thread, it becomes affected by a divisive thought that makes a person a non-believer or just confused. A brahmin has to have an inherent capability to expand his intellectual self.

My dear, you have dark circles UNDER your eyes, not IN your eyes! Apply crushed Potato and cucumber slices alternatively. Do not waste your money of commercial products, rather use that money in helping someone get education. That satisfaction would further reduce the dark circles from your under eyes.

Some one is trying to feed you with wrong information, do not bite it. Lord Ram was for loving all those who went into his 'sharan'., submitted him/herself to him. Barring this, no love of another kind could be associated with Him.

Place it as you'll place any other Shivlinga, with the 'bhag' facing the North. Please do not get it 'sthapit' (installed) in your house as it will never be possible to move it from there then.

You have to file an affidavit in the passport office along with the copy of the publication of a notification in a newspaper to this effect. The passport office would make the endorsements.

Start drinking 1.25 liters of water every morning- the first thing. The water should be kept overnight in a copper vessel and has to be kept at room temperature. Do not eat or drink anything for 40 minutes after that after which you could eat what ever you want to. Inform of the effects and the next step shall be suggested then.
