For flights if you have the pnr you can always take a fresh print out . There is no charges for that. Same is the case for railways if you have puchased an e ticket, you can always take a prinout from the place of your purchase. They have a booking history from there you can re print the ticket.

The suggested itineray would be like this Day 1 : Arrival Guwahati by train or Air, Day 2 : Sight seeing of Guwahti day 3 : Leave for Shillong 3 hrs drive , Day 4 : Visit Cherrapunjee Day 5 : Drive to Tezpur Day 6 : Go to Dirang Day 7 : Visit Tawang Day 8 : Stay at Tawang for Sight seeing Day 9 : Back to Bomdila . Day 10 : Back to Tezpur Day 11 : Come back to Guwahati. The Cost on average will work out to Rs 1500-2500 per day per person for your accommodation with all meals , transportion by sumo or Tavera , entry permit charges etc

You need to cancel/withdraw the previous application in Trichy PP office before applying for a fresh passport in Chennai passport office .

Please log in to www.passport.gov.in and click the home page of your regional passport office and then status page , after that you have to give your file no. , you will know the status of your passport

There are no good buses running between Gangtok to Guwahati. Best way to travel is take a train from New Jalpaiguri in the evening which reaches Guwahati the next morning ( approx 8 to 10 hrs).
