For Gilrs, it may be extremely painful for the first time.. oh boy u need to make your girl really comfortable before you start that.. for boys, not really unless you have a very tight foreskin over your tip of penis and u forget to use any lubricant like KY jelly..

Dear shirish, All what happend with you is real sad thing. Loosing a son means a lot to everyone.. I think, the only thing that can heal you and get you back to a normal and happy life is not any YOGA technique.
Just Wake up one morning, accpet the fact that your son is not with you now on.. Make a Promise to you that you will spend the rest of your life with courage and same energy level.. because.. somewhere.. around you .. there is your son.. who can see how happy and independent you are.. even witout anybody

yes.. there is.. you can check a boy's forskin.. it is a skin that generally covers that head/top of the penis and is generally not so loose in case one is virgin.. if a guy has sex very frequently say even at least three four times a month, this foreskin will be extremely loose ...

Some times gifts are wrapped tighly and can not be opend ... and that irritates a lot.. yes m talking about guys who have a very tight foreskin.. such guys will not be able to enter into Vagina.. Second, if he used to do it and now he cant, possibly it is related to Pshychological problem with him like premature ejaculation.. sometimes guys just cant hold it..

you can go to lajpat nagar.. there is a excellent unisex saloon just left to the flyover when u approach moolchand hospital from kendriya vidyalya.. i guess that is very expensive.. i remember another good one in naraina..
