Here in hyderabad only south indian , hyderabad and north indian foods are preferred. U better take HYDERABAD HOUSE franchise. It cost u around Rs.50.00 lacs and will be profitable business.

To get admission in decent college u should get a rank below 30,000. If not u can take admission under management quota for which u will have to pay fro Rs.6.00 lac to Rs.10.00 of fees for for years.
