please adapt a lifestyle change instead of going on a diet. for example you can have a oatmeal for breakfast and two rotis and boiled vegetables for dinner. and having a normal lunchyou can enjoy her junk food just once a month.tellyouto thnk this once a month junk food asyour reward for hardwork .And also she can have fruits instead of chips. it takes time dont expect a miracle within 2months u will lose 10 kg if u go gym also regularly. ALL THE BEST
