yar ranjan 4 that u have to activate gprs on ur mobile................if u have the gprs enabled handset.....that activate it........after activating gprs on ur mobile.............well....... .....open the website www.indyarocks.com...(unlimite d sms) if ur mobile browser supports that site than u would be able send unlimited free sms to other mobiles throughout the country........

THAN USE INTERNET THROUGH MOBILE..........
U ALL NEED TO BUY A GPRS ENABLED MOBILE HANDSET......
THAN ACTIVATE GPRS OR MOBILE NET ON IT, IT MAY COST NEAR AB 7/- PER DAY IF UR AIRTEL CUSTOMER........IF OTHERS ASK IT FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE....
WELL CONNECT IT TO THE PC THROUGH DATA CABLE......INSTALL MOBILE MODEM THROUGH THE DRIVER CD THAT COMES ALONG WITH UR HANDSET..
CREATE A DIAL-UP CONNECTION.......
GIVE THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD WHICH U ABLE TO KNOW BY CALLING CUSTOMER CARE...
THAN CONNECT IT....

U LL ABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET..

format karke dekho........i mean reinstall ur PC i think that should work....
may be it may bcoz of the virouses......reboot ur system.....than install a valid antivirus in it without getting connected to the net........i think ur problem should solve
