please check if you are not smoking or having dusty atmosphhere of ork if it just normal then take some antibiotics and some antiallergics also check if you are not having any problem of breathlessness, then you shall have to take bronchodilators

od is you are to take the medicine once daily , bd means twice daily and tds means thrice daily and qid means yuo are to take he medicine four time in a day
