I suggest that pc133 (256 sd ram )or(256 ddr ram) is best suitable for this .you didnot mention what type of ram you already using ,you can see that in bios settings

i think his concentration is changing to sports.do not move harsh with him try to advise and go with his way to change him if you donot do that he may turn to wrong way.you have to see his friends as well if bad freinds avoid them say to him

hai mansi iam safiq iam also have a brother these are common things in life is your sister was elder respect her or younger try to solvw this by telling to her friend if her freind talk to her she definetely realize if problem due to you say sorry twice and try to smile her problem will be solved
