hey ,first tell me whole procedure that you did to install and tell me about firewell property.If you are facing problem even after uninstalling and then installing .Then download other version or again dowmload and try to install.It should run.

It depends on industry in which you are working.Many industry needs support for customers 365 days .So,such an industry it is difficult to provide 2 days as holiday.But In software industry ,2 days are common so that people feel well in 2 days due to 5 hectic working days.
