Wen i start my PC sometimes it shows "Disk read error" & show d Msz reboot computer by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del.What should i do?Is any prblm wid Hard disk or RAm?

no its not a problem with your hardisk ior ram....
actully set your bios setting.....then see the change.....

tell me have you ever try ARES if yes i ll find another one, if no them use ares...
