which fruit and vegetables increase our sexual health? then tell me....... how avoid masturbation?

VEG. AND FRUITS: There is no veg. or fruit which can help or increase performance or need for sex. Protein diet with carbohydrates are necessary elements for a normal sexual life. All these requirements can be had from DRY FRUIT and POTATOES etc.

MASTURBATION: Someone answered that you should CONTROL. More you try to control, more you are focused on it. Do not control, very word control means clash.....this is normal and our ancestors had been doing and enjoying. Do not worry....and have fun there i no side effect of masturbation.

This is circle of life, pressure of survival and lust for better life...forced to compromise on those moral and ethical lines which used to present in our society decades back.

Above factors have changed our life style and badly impressed India by western culture and white skin....is not following WEST and most likely....WEST will be meditating and going into SPIRITUALISTIC way very soon.

This whole jargon had made life so fast that new dimensions of relationships have creeped into our society and one such example is live-in relationships in METROS and big cities in India.
Change is course of life, but we changed by following others....and this is why we forget roots....[ PAST }

ARGUMENT is such thing that you can prove existence os GOD and then you can convince that there is no GOD. This issue is related to faith only...and faith has nothing to do with logic. So what you are looking for had been searched logically by millions but those who found it....did not use logic at all.

You should not TRY at all. If you LOVE then do not make her life HELL. Love does not do this...or you do not love...you are into somehting else. Ask yourself...you are best judge of yourself.

You need assistance....I do not know your age but hysteria [ if you get this diagnose ] does happen in depressed people, puberty age. You should get your BP check....and if everything is fine...then you can fit it typical extremist person. They are hyper sensitive and very prone to be in trouble.

Problem in upbringing is most common cause of it. You may be too mature of your age that you feel mental compatability with older women. There is nothing bad..this is fine.
