B&C are the daughters of A. A has expired. A had only one male member D i.e.son of daughter C. By virtue of law does D become the owner of the house of A?

Asked by ashwani kuma in Law at   6:19 PM on September 30, 2008

Jpuntamba's Answer

I think Memb Rane has answered the problem quite well.D can become the owner only and only if B is dead without any other offspring, either legitimate or illegitimate, and C is dead without offspring either legitimate or illegitimate. The spouses of B and C can also claim rights under certain cases. This part is not very clear to me.
