hey shweta just focus on ur work and do best if u think u deserve more then company management will automatically notice ur hardwork and increase ur salary if they dont tell them for eg ur boss and even if he does not listen contact the human resource dept in ur organisation

and by doing this if ur sal is not increasing then go find a new one which gives u a good salary package

but keep this in mind dude that in an org u have to do some thing rocking ur doing job thats cool no issues but if u go to ur boss and tell him and if ur boss is a mad man then he may say u that what u have done is nothing and part of ur job and today if ur the best next day other emp may b the best so if that emp comes the next day then i cant raise the sal of all the emp [ he may find an excuse believe me i have gone through this]

do something big and then if u ask its cool but if u have already done big and not getting increments then really yaar go find a new job which gives u handsome salary packages

must be extremely talented

must be dashing and make people happy
must have a positiv attitude towards life

must be romantic

ya there is an approach, just involve ur self in activities and do ur best dont bother what others think about u

ur born to do something useful and important do let silly things in life bother u dude

tension are a part of life if u cant tackle them now u cant tackle anything its all mind games

be confident about ur self world is filled with miracles

and whatever happens happens for good only yaar

so chill and b positive have a positive attitude towards ur life and career and then see how things will change, its u who can make a difference and make ur friends,family proud somedays

and if u do make them proud u will live with a satisfaction inside ur heart that yes boss i have done something in my life rather than sitting and thinkin of small tensions

screw tension yaar they are part of life dude so chill relax and have fun

sometimes things are not in ur control so dont do anything stupid wait for the correct time and then act

just b ur self act normal if a boy finds ur this quality good then he will automatically b impressed

iam a play boy and i suggest u this that i love girls who b themselves most of the time and dont act

so b ur self and chill if u need any tips iam there

but b carefulll if ur impressing a boy by any other issue then iam sure that u may loose him, by not being urself

varsha love can happen at any age even at age of 50 so what i wana say to u is that if u really have strong feeling for that guy then think first, search his background and one more thing yaar just make sure whether the boy u love is loyal or is honest

any ways decission is upto u if u want an example take mine

i felt in love with a girl when i was in 5th standard

love can happen at any age or at any time
