The rough quality of hair may be due to excessive exposure to sun or wind, poor nutrition, drinking less water or use of low quality or strong shampoos. Most important is that you eat healthy food with plenty of green vegetables and fruits. Also drink plenty of water.
Apply coconut oil to your hair everyday or at least on alternate days and massage well. Then dip a towel in steaming water and wrap it around your hair for 15 minutes.
Use a mild shampoo of good quality and also use a good conditioner which will keep your hair soft and tangle-free. Applying yoghurt 1 hour before shampooing will also keep the hair soft.
