i m very much shy and having low confidence. How can i get rid off this? i lost my placement due to lack of comm. skills and way of interaction. Please help

u can get rid of this by making a girl friend and speaking with her only in english as this will help u a lot in improving ur communication ......and make sure that when evr u speaks to any one let it be ur friend or may be ur parents try to speak them in english ...........pls go through the library and read many news papers as u can to know the different meanings as well as the different words .... best of luck
