Also I think all those who are behind the "ARC" in Ministry of Magic including Sirius will come back.........coz they are not "KILLED"..........I think some dark magic ought to be overcome ..............

I think Dumbledore will return back. Coz his last words are -"Severus, please" and Dumbledore is not a wizard who would beg a "Death Eater" for his life. This hints that he has some plans..........so he'll come back.
