hi anubhav ,,,in my view A.I.I.M.S[ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES] is far better than A.F.M.C.After doing MBBS from aiims u will go for central govt. service but afmc is only related 2 airforce services;if u want 2 practice free u have 2 tag an additional title of "capt." if u do mbbs from afmc ,,,waise afmc ke liye tumhe alag se medical fitness,g.k ki taiyaari karni hogi but AIIMS ke liye tumhe koi alag se tayari nahi karni hogi ,,only u have 2 practice "assertion and reason" type question,,,,,,,one more thing ,,india is top in primere medical sciences in the world n aiims is top in the medical studies in india,,,,,,THINK THAT
