Man cannot even dream without any desire in the world;
Desire is the basis for all developments in all domains;
But desire is the root cause for all difficulties too here!
So love and non-attachment is the solution for all crises.

Desire, wish, dream, vision and ambition give power in life;
Life is activity and wise act is creativity and profitability;
Desire to do good is constructive and bad is destructive
And so, live with good desire to avert life of monotony!

Desire to achieve interesting aim delights one to do duty well;
And life goes on gloriously in achieving goals of good interest.
Success and happiness full of satisfaction is sure there then!
This is the dream, desire, goal, aim and ambition of everyone!

Wholesome life is based on knowledge of Self, World and Nature;
Or else life will be endless journey without destination in view!
Unless difficulties are faced, joy of life cannot be enjoyed ever;
But aim should be always directly towards the goal of one’s wish.
Do whatever you want to do for your pleasure to lively and enjoyable life..

Yoga practices will provide you a healthy life style that is balanced, particularly, when merged with a prudent lifestyle and diet. This gives excellent results. The power of yoga practice in creating a state of mental and physical well-being may also be placed to good use of becoming slim and trim.

Yoga practice will also helps to increase your body metabolism, increase the calorie burning process, but it is not a method of giving immediate results. So, by following the rigors placed by yoga practice provides you a holistic, long-term solution in order to balance your life style and to avoid any excessive body weight.
The thyroid, a component of the endocrine system, regulates metabolism, which is responsible for the chemical processes that takes place in your body and also for the transformation of food into energy.
If getting busy in the garden is only a dream, as you spend most of your time behind a desk, don’t despair! Get up, stretch and walk around at least once an hour. While sitting stretch your legs, flex your feet and circle your ankles . Run errands, fetch the post and always try to get out for a walk at lunchtime.

how to keep fit AT over 40

First of all I will suggest you to maintain your Diet plan with full of Vegets with Fibres,
and then Start Simple walk in the early mornning for two weeks and after that Brisk Walk for 2 hours,
Always wear good quality shoes while walking, continue for 15 days and after that:---- you can start Yoga or JIM
Yoga is a very good idea of lossing wieght. i want to suggest to that you should not practice alone.
You should go to any yoga teacher which can tell you better that the posture you are doing in right or wrong.
here i am suggestig you the programme for exercises of one (01)hour.
Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Walk your dog; chase your kids; toss balls with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool; it’s a stress buster. Move in small increments of time. It doesn’t have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute aerobic dance class or tai chi or kickboxing. But that’s great when you’re up to it. Meanwhile, move more.

If you can’t live in a smog-free environment, at least avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares. Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air conditioning when air quality is good. Plant lots of shrubbery in your yard. It’s a good pollution and dirt from the street deterrent.
Floss your teeth
Recent studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing.
Keep a positive mental outlook
There’s a definitive connection between living well and healthily and having a cheerful outlook on life.
You can’t be unhappy when you’re smiling or singing.
Work out at work

So they have no time to look behind for his health.
Usually people do not have time to pay attention towards their health and take it as granted..
People use to skip meals asnd take it as dieting and which make them weaker..
In fact its the other way around, now a days people are more health conscious then ever before. Since most jobs both at home & at work has become easy with electronic gizmo's & with increasing no.

The first thing you need to do to increase your weight is to eat well. Eat more than you burn calories. Eating food, which contains more fat is good for people who are thin. Drinking milk, cheese, chicken meat etc are some foods, which contain more fat.

Exercise: Most people think that thin people should not exercise, as they could get even thinner. But it is recommended that they exercise so that they feel hungrier and eat more. Taking nutritious food would help the body gain weight. Do not lift heavy weight dumbbells in a gym; instead opt for low weight and do more repetitions.
There are lots of weight gain supplements available in the market, but they are not recommended. Instead have a good helping of protein-enriched foods, fruits and products, which contain more fat. Eat lots of protein and fat, as it is very helpful in increasing your weight.
For quick resultr u can have protein supplyment, (NOT FOOD SUPLYMENT), as body need about 56 gms of protein every dayu when it lifts weight to increase mass, and only food cant supply all the proteins.
Remember losing 2 to 3 kgs per month is advisable and it’s healthy too!

(1) Stand in an open space in attention position. In hale deeply through the nose and extend yours arms lifting then slowly up to your shoulders. Keep your arms straight. Hold that position for
some time and then take the arms backwards as far as they will go. No inhale again the release your breath slowly, resuming the former position.

(2) Stand with your arms straight at right angles to your body. Lift the arms vertically and then bring them to the level of the shoulders. Do not exhale in the process, but stand on your toes, lifting your heels as far as they will go. Exhale slowly after some moments and resume the earlier position.

(3) Extend your arms forward up to the level of the shoulders. Inhale and fill your lungs to about one-third of their capacity. Wait for a few moments and then take your arms above your head. Now move them in a circular motion-taking them behind your back and in the former position again.
