First watch your diet and weight . Then discard those items which you consider junk . If you take a heavy launch and dinner than divide your meals into five smaller proportions , and keep the breakfast as the heaviest meal of the day . Avoid excess fat in any form .
Try to replace your snacks with fruits like cucumber , apple , melon etc .
Keep yourself active throughout the day .And engage yourself in some sports or just brisk walk , at least for one hour .
