Perhaps by starving .Because when you will try to loose 5 kgs in 2 weeks you will be doing injustice to your system . And those fat will get back to you instantly , because you will jump into your normal life . So try a healhty method along with an accessible target .Reduce two kilos in one month and continue with your routine .
If you are desperate than avoid cub and fat and big meals .If you cannot avoid rice than take just one small bowl of cooked rice at launch along with curd , daal and salad . Feed yourself in small portions of meals 4 to 5 times a day .This will help faster metabolism .
