If the discoloration looks like white patches than see a dermatologist immediately .Don't waste time applying home remedies , because skin diseases may aggravate very quickly. Especially as summer is approaching infection becomes quite easier .

Yes , junk food , lack of fibre in food , excess oil and spices in food specially during night can affect very badly on your existing acnes.

Our skin does remain moist after a wash . The natural oil is robbed by either wash or by weather or internal deficiencies . so almost everybody needs moisturiser .

Real cause may be different in person to person . But the story is similar , clogging of skin pores for which oil glands cannot carry the oil produced by them to the skin surface . The skin surface errupts like an acne .

It is normal if you feel likee urinating after 1 to 2 hours of drinking water . And don't drink more than enough water to drink , that means not more than 2.5 litres daily including juice or other beverages . Then you don't need to reduce water intake .

If you have already lost 50% of your hair , then stop using home remedies . Instead get a check up done by a trichologist . that will help you to know the actual problem and to choose exact treatment . If you want save the rest of your hair then hurry up .

As Indian five star hotels are the face India virtually in front of VIP guests from abroad , it seems that saree should be the perfect attire for the lady staffs . And hotels like The Taj actually has saree as uniform for lady staffs to make the guests feel the warmth of India .

I have noticed that very romantic kind of husbands can keep their wives actually on their toes . And all othe little or big faults will be pardoned . But this is my observation only . Along with romantic nature if the husband spends enough money for her then it is enough to impress her .
