It may happen because during summer we become lethargic to perform regular skin rituals as our body often gives in to dehydration . So keep yourself active as much as possible . Drink plenty of water , seaonal beverages like coconut water , nimbu paani etc . This will keep your ski hydrated , supple as well as supply the required amount of minerals and vitamins to your body and skin . Gorge in seasonal fruits like watermelon , mango , cucumber and veggies like bottle gourds , ash gourds etc which contain lots of water and other essential minerals .
Wash your face several times with clean water and apply moisturiser regularly .
