Get yourself a body massage to relax yourself from tension if any . Do some exercises regularly so that you feel natural appetite for daily meals . Add extra fat to your dishes in the form of ghee or butter which will increase the flavour of the food and attract you . Besides all this enjoy your food which is most important .
Try to have a good night's sleep every night and if possible sleep for half to one hour during day time . Don't watch much tv before going to sleep , instead try a relxing stroll for ten to twenty minutes which will help in better sleep .
