Take a deep tub of hot (to your limit) water , mix some drops of esseential oil . Soak your feet in this , it will relax not only your tired feet , but the complete you . Now take 3-4 tsp of sandalwood powder, 2tsp of fuller's earth, ground cucumber cucumber , a handful of pineapple pulp, , iced water to mix everything . You can add pasted papaya if you have blemishes in your feet . Make a smooth paste and apply all over your feet . Rest for fifteen minutes . When dries , rinse off and moisturise with a heavy lotion . This will clear the tane, blemishes , give them a smooth look .
Now give your nails a great shape by cutting a filing and apply a bright nail colour , which will complete your foot care .
