How do you feel if you are not fit for the job?

Of course would feel useless, lousy but if that is the job that u have to do then u need to focus on how to better ur performance what are the roadblocks and how to overcome them.

Regular exercise and a balanced nutrition is the key to gain weight. Also when u want to gain weight u need to also take care to see that u put on lean weight and not increase body fat. Best way is to start with regular exercise and choose the right kind of foods i.e sufficient proteins and vitamins.

It is very difficult to avoid tension. It is something which follows u even when u don't really want it. The best action is to learn to deal with it. You need to work towards being better able to handle tension for example meditation, planning and time management may help.

To begin with engage your kids in any kind of any activity program for example sports which they enjoy. Also develop and practice healthy eating habits add vegetables to ur parathas make food more interesting. Play outdoor games with your kids have family events such as catch match be innovative.

Organ meats such as chicken liver are a good source of iron, also poha, spinach, broccoli and brussel sprouts contain iron. It is advisable to have these foods with lemon juice as it contains vit C which helps in iron absorption. Try to be innovative have palak parathas or khakras or soup if u hate the vegetable.

Thats great Anjana you have already started on a exercise program be regular with it. You also now need to work on your diet and make healthy eating choices. Avoid junk foods, fried foods and sweets have lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits and sprouts. All the best
