Well Ravi the only way to reduce body weight is change in lifestyle. As this is the actual cause of the gain in weight to begin with. By change in lifestyle I mean adapting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle which includes daily dose of activity in form of exercise and selecting healthy foods avoiding junk foods and eating at regular intervals.
