hello im 18yrs old medium thin boy i want to join gym 4 body building, what r the precautions i need to take before & after joining the gym?

Hey good question Mohammed. When joining a gym you need to check out a few things like

whether it is close by and not too far
whether the space well veintilated
whether it is kept clean and tidy i.e does not stink of sweat the machines are not sweaty
whether they have certified fitness professionals
the people understand your need for joining the gym in the first place and will be able to help you achieve your goals.
Try to take a 2 to 3 day free trial to know that you are comfortable in the place you can try out gyms near your area.
After you have joined a gym always talk to your trainer regarding your fitness objective and chalk out small weekly goals to achieve.
Communication with your trainer regarding your exercise routines is very important.
Also when training with weights never do it alone always have your trainer with you focus on the technique first rather than lifting heavy as it may cause injury. Once you have mastered the technique u can lift more poundage.
Don't get over exicited and lift as per ur capacity.
Also nutrition is an important pillar of ur body builiding foundation therfore seek advise from a sports nutritonist.
other then this always carry a small towel and a bottle of water with you to the gym.

I hope it does work for all of our sakes. Passive smoking is a greater problem I mean people who do not smoke also have to suffer equally why should they. It is not only upon the authorities to enforce the ban but also depends on how stringently public follows it I guess we all should for the sake of our families if nt others.

what happen to the data when it is deleted form computer

Any data when deleted from the computer usually goes to the recycle bin. You can recover this data from the recylce bin by going there and clicking on the file to be recovered.

Hey Mickey to keep fit u don't need to spend a lot of money. You need to eat healthy and exercise daily.
For exercise you could go for a brisk walk or a jog u would just have to invest in a pair of good jogging shoes. There is another option of skipping or swimming where u would require a skipping rope which
is pretty cheap or join a local swimming club.
As far as eating is concerned healthy eating is going to save u a lot of money coz u need to cut down on eating out, avoid junk foods, cold drinks, sweets chips and processed foods like biscuits. Instead u have home cooked foods with lot of salads and fruits through the day. Aslo avoiding fried foods saves the money u spend on oil and butter. Keep fit all the best

Well dyes do have chemicals in them which might weaken and damage your hair which could be the reason for hairfall. Try using organic or herbal dyes to colour ur hair. Second reason could be bad diet. It could be because of protein deficiency so see that u include lot of protien rich foods such as Eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, dals, milk, curd in your diet on a daily basis also have at least 2 fruits in a day.
Try massaging your scalp with hibiscus oil twice a week. I guess this should help you overcome your problem.

Well Mickey losing weight is a tough process. First thing is u need to have patience. Be calm set a small target of 3 kgs every month and work towards achieving it. Secondly the only way to reduce weight is through good exercise and right eating habits.

1. Have your meals at regular intervals
2. Eat more of freah fruits and vegetables
3. Have lot of sprouts, pulses and dals
4. Always used skimed milk and low fat curd
5. Drink lots of water at least 10 to 12 glasses a day
6. Avoid junk foods
7. avoid processed foods such as chips, farsan, biscuits etc
8. Avoid fried foods and sweets or mithai
9. exercise daily to begin with walk at a brisk pace for 30 mins daily. Always wear good sprot shoes when walking.
10. Slowly incorporate some stretching exercises and weight training in your exercise routine.
