Well Mickey losing weight is a tough process. First thing is u need to have patience. Be calm set a small target of 3 kgs every month and work towards achieving it. Secondly the only way to reduce weight is through good exercise and right eating habits.
1. Have your meals at regular intervals
2. Eat more of freah fruits and vegetables
3. Have lot of sprouts, pulses and dals
4. Always used skimed milk and low fat curd
5. Drink lots of water at least 10 to 12 glasses a day
6. Avoid junk foods
7. avoid processed foods such as chips, farsan, biscuits etc
8. Avoid fried foods and sweets or mithai
9. exercise daily to begin with walk at a brisk pace for 30 mins daily. Always wear good sprot shoes when walking.
10. Slowly incorporate some stretching exercises and weight training in your exercise routine.
