Fat in your body is the storage form of energy. In simple words if you have a bike or a car it has reserve option before the tank is empty. It is some what similar your body will use fat when no other means of energy is available. Nature has made it this way to survive drought and famines etc. But the problem has reversed and we have too much of things. So if you want to dip into your storage and burn away that extra fat the only way to do it through execise where you compell your body to butrn more calories and by eating sensilby to avoid adding more calories which would be converted to fat.
