Hey chill drinking beer is not going to solve your problem might just give you a big belly. I guess you want to bulk up by packing on more muscle mass. If that is it then hit a gym for sure. Also be sure to hire a good qualified trainer check to see whether he is certified. Next step is to see a sports nutritionist who will help you to eat right.
The basic funda is proteins help u to grow muscles the workout that you do lifitng weights helps to create stimulus for absorbtion of proteins and muscle growth. All the best. No beer ok

Human blood is either positive or negative i.e if your blood type is A you will either be A positve or A negative. The positive and negative is with reference to the presence or absence of Rh factor. It is a protein that you carry on the surface of the blood cells . It is was named after the rhesus monkey which was first used to conduct first experiments which helped us to discover this protein.
The greatest problem with Rh factors is when a mother and the feotus have opposite Rh factors this increases the risk of pregnancy.

Red chilly powder
turmeric powder
garlic paste
ginger paste
little green chilli paste
corriander powder
Salt
Lemon juice
Let it marinate for 20 mins . Deep fry and serve hot with salad

Jackfruit is commonly known as Phanas or Kathel. It has a hard spiky cover and soft yellow flesh inside. When ripe is eaten as fruit and when raw is cooked as vegetable.

I guess there is hardly anyone who does not. Ice creams are a great treat cause they have this creamy texture and just melt in your mouth. There are pretty cool flavours in ice creams nowadays it is not only restricted to fruit flavours but has expanded tremendoulsy. I have tasted flavours like ginger, lemon, and green chillies. Not bad but chocolate is the best.
