Hi Madhur I can understand it does get depressing after a while. But you need to remember that if you want to build a good physique then you need to understand a few basics. Just lifting heavy weights is not the answer it is just one part of it there two other pillars to complete the tripod. One is nutrition check with a nutritionist to see if you are consuming sufficient protein and other is give your body sufficient rest. It aadvisable to take a relaxing massage once a week for muscle revocery. All the best

can a female with AB+ blood group be married to a male with AB+ blood group? Will it affect their next generation?

Asked by gomathy iyer in Personal Health at   7:49 PM on October 10, 2008

pooja gupte's Answer

Not at all the problem arises when a Rhpositve marries a Rh negative. As this leads to chances of the mother concieving a child of the opposite blood group i.e. A positive woman marrying a A negative man may lead to her concieving a baby with A negative blood group. When this happens the womans body percieves it as a parasite and potential danger thus producing anti bodies to dispose it. This situation is dangerous for both mother and child.

Could you work with disabled adults?

Asked by KABIR RIBAK in Personal Health at   1:51 PM on October 07, 2008

pooja gupte's Answer

Sure why not? There are so many things to do today and you don't really need all of your limbs to do them. Most of us are sitting in front of computers working. I guess what really matters is whether the person is intelligent and competent enough. If that is then no disability can get in the way.
