Body building is a sport which like any other requires strong determination, dedication and perseverance. First things first do you workout? If yes then thats great it is your first step if no then you need to sign up with a gym also check that the gym has got professional certified trainers to guide you. If you have never been to a gym always take a day or two of free trial which most gyms offer so that you are comfortable with the enviroment. Do not get intimidated by people who pump heavy if you are a beginer stick to the poundage of your capacity you will eventually graduate to higher levels. The simple way to developing a good physique is to create damage or a stimulus for muscles to grow by means of weight training and provide sufficient proteins for growth and build up later. All the best oh yes and of course be patient you will see some results after about 3 months of dedicated hard work but do not stop now cause thats just the begining.
