Hi friends, problem is loss my hair gradually pls some tips give me it's not my father problem?

Hair loss could be caused due to heredity, stress or bad nutrition. Inorder to control hair fall you can try head massage with hibiscus oil twice a week. Also eat a protein rich diet foods such as chicken, fish, eggs are a good source of proteins. If you are a vegetarian then you can eat sprouts, milk, curd, paneer, soyabean. Also add a few nut such as almonds to your daliy diet eat at least one fruit a day. Add salads to you meals include green leafy vegetables as hair fall could also be due to vitamin and mineral defeciency.

To provide sufficient minerals and vitamins have salads in your meals daily these can include carrots, beet root, tomatoes, cucumber also eat one fruit a day.

Protein foods such as eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, paneer, milk (low fat), soyabean can be consumed daily without side effects. Infact protein foods do not cause any side effects unless you are allergic to those particular foods or you are consuming an overdose of proteins. Protein foods when consumed as per requirement cause no harm.

Sure overweight females can play basketball. But if you are not into sports don't suddenly start with basketball. First you need to condition you body and strengthen you joints to be able to bear the impact of the sport and avoid injuries. This can beachieved by proper weight training and cardio training. Also pulling down weight will help you develop more agility which is essential for the sport. The training for basketall will itself help you to get in shape. Also another important component of the game is nutrition you need to follow a good nutrition plan by a sports nutritionist which takes care of all your requirements.

Height is majorly dependent on your genes. Increasing height after the age of 23 is very difficult as by then the lengthening of your bones in other words the growth process of your bones is completed. You could try a lot of other things though such as slouching down might make you seen shorter then you are so holding yourself upright with a good confident posture which will add a few inches to you and also give you a great personlaity.

No Sauna belts will not help you to develop a good six pack abdomen. What it does is basically causes you to sweat a lot so might dehydrate you. But it is in no way going to help you in burning the layer of fat covering your six packs. For your six packs to be visible you need to shed the fat above it. The only way to do it is good cardio workouts with a proper nutrition plan.

Orange falls under the family of citrus fruits so all oranges contain vitamin C. Yes the content of vitamin C in orange juice will vary depending on the process of extraction and whether the juice was diluted. The best way to find out is to read the nutrition labels on the packs which mention the percentage of the vitamin C present in the juice as opposed to the percentage of our daily requirement.

Body building is a sport which like any other requires strong determination, dedication and perseverance. First things first do you workout? If yes then thats great it is your first step if no then you need to sign up with a gym also check that the gym has got professional certified trainers to guide you. If you have never been to a gym always take a day or two of free trial which most gyms offer so that you are comfortable with the enviroment. Do not get intimidated by people who pump heavy if you are a beginer stick to the poundage of your capacity you will eventually graduate to higher levels. The simple way to developing a good physique is to create damage or a stimulus for muscles to grow by means of weight training and provide sufficient proteins for growth and build up later. All the best oh yes and of course be patient you will see some results after about 3 months of dedicated hard work but do not stop now cause thats just the begining.
