it is not neculeur.. it's nuclear.....
now tell me.. if u don't have food for one day in ur home.. what will be ur condition...u will definitely go fr outside hlp..!!! ( fr a rational of course)...so think in this way.. india is deprived of energy ... it is going fr outside hlp...but with the consent of big DADDY.. america..it is nota deal between us and india.. it is a deal with india and nuclear fuel nations...

is it handicap or cam...for handicap>>> no specific model or size r rqd. straight do abungee jumping from the top of ur buildn.. and voila.. u get ur reqirmnt..

for handycm>>> try sony hd series.. if u r a proff, folk or else try starter series ... ( hd range--- 40,000 &>>> and strter.. 20,000&>>>)

ya if u can use ur underwear as a bermuda.. thn definitely u can use acamera as a handy cam... but u will definitely face some problms.. on ur camera..(1. iso speed diff..., and pixel to contrast ratio...)
