you can buy new nokia n79 model , its price is around 15000 and it comes with 5megapixel camera, 4gb +4gb microsd card, with a good sound quality and nice picture quality, you can check all features on www.nokia.com

dear ankit
only single way to remove a lamination is to repeat the process again, it mean u have to heat the laminated document again then it can be removed easily but u shd take help of professionals for it like how do this type of lamination in market, they also know how to remove it, atleast they know more then u and me.
