Forget about that if you are not ready to exercise. It is next to impossible......why are you afraid of exercise...why dont you start with a daily brisk walk, Raghvendra. Even cycling is a good exercise. For Heaven's sake, please never pose such a question to us .....'cos the answer to this is known to you deep in your heart. Am I telling lies?................So, just get up and look for your jogging shoes. Enjoy Nature and keep your body fit and healthy.
