Fallow the exercises and adviced below to get full benefits of your problems.
First of all I will suggest you to maintain your Diet plan with full of Vegets with Fibres,
and then Start Simple walk in the early mornning for two weeks and after that Brisk Walk for 2 hours,
Always wear good quality shoes while walking, continue for 15 days and after that:---- you can start Yoga or JIM
Yoga is a very good idea of lossing wieght. i want to suggest to that you should not practice alone.
You should go to any yoga teacher which can tell you better that the posture you are doing in right or wrong.
here i am suggestig you the programme for exercises of one (01)hour. it is as given Under.........
1:Prana Dharna In padmasan for 5 Minutes.
2:Sukshma Vyayaam 15 min.
3: Yogic Breathing 2 min.
4: TAADASAN (five time) 5 min.
5: Triyak tadaasan (five times in each direction)5 min.
6: Ardha kati chakrasan (10 min in both the directions).
7: Purna kati chakrasan 5 min.
8: Surya Namaskaar (12 Round) 15 min
9: Savaasan/Yoga Nidra 15 min.
You should follow this sequence for good recovery.
you need torelax in sleep posture whenever youget tired during exercises
