well windows xp is good .still windows vista is in the beta stage .so it need some problems to be rectified ..

well you can do ccna from any institue which is good in studies.dont go for the name of institue .see how facutlys are and then you can give ccna exam directly .for this you dont need to have good institue .you need only a good faculty.

first of all you need to do mcse before doing ccna .otherwise it is waste to do ccna .after you do mcse you get lots of expertise in networking then you can go ccna.
